Family Lives On Foundation (previously Mommy’s Light)
Family Lives On Foundation brings joy and comfort to children, teens and their families by helping them continue cherished traditions. Family Lives On Foundation has two Tradition Fulfillment programs: Mommy’s Light for families in which a mother is terminally ill or has died, and Daddy’s Light for families in which a father is terminally ill or has died. Family Lives On’s key initiatives include free Traditional Fulfillment services to eligible children and teens, the development and distribution of bereavement education and outreach materials targeting grieving children and adults who are likely to interact with them.

Living Beyond Breast Cancer seeks to connect people with trusted breast cancer information and a community of support. They offer specialized programs and services for the newly diagnosed, young women, women with advanced breast cancer, women at high risk for developing the disease, and African-American and Latina women. They also offer programs for caregivers and healthcare professionals to help them better meet the needs of women affected by breast cancer.
Linda Creed Fighting Breast Cancer
Linda Creed Fighting Breast Cancer provides community-based education and referral, support, advocacy and direct service for those who in need. They provide information regarding breast health and breast cancer, critical financial assistance to women receiving breast cancer treatment, education with regard to detection, treatment and survival strategies. They also offer access to detection and treatment resources, in addition to other services.
Faith and Hope Boutique
The boutique offers pre-surgery consultations, post mastectomy fittings as well as a private, discounted wig salon on site. Faith and Hope Boutique is fully staffed by survivors who are ABC and BOC Certified and rely on their own personal post mastectomy experiences to aid in recovery. They also offer a vast selection of head coverings, specialized skincare, and other items.

Women of Faith and Hope operates to encourage, enlighten and empower women about issues related to breast cancer in efforts to reduce the mortality rate through early detection; to offer spiritual and emotional support to women and their significant others. WOFAH was established to educate and support women faced with breast cancer, especially African-American women.

Sisters Network Inc. is a national African American breast cancer survivorship organization. It is committed to increasing local and national attention to the devastating impact that breast cancer has in the African American community. Information is available on the Sisters Network website for The Breast Cancer Assistance Program (BCAP), which provides services to women facing financial challenges. The BCAP program provides financial assistance for, but not limited to: medical related lodging, co-pay, office visits and prosthesis. This program also provides free mammograms for those who qualify.
