What You Will Need:

  • Cash bank: Only necessary if adding optional items
  • Number of volunteers: 4-5
  • Adult volunteers to offer FPS for set up and breakdown

Supplies:

  • Items needed for optional additions
  • Promotional items
  • Prizes – plaques, trophies, etc.

Steps:

  • Register your date and location with FPS: 3 months in advance https://cornholeforcancer.org
  • Gather a committee to plan event
  • Set price ($60 – $100/team suggested)
  • Decide on and book optional additions – food, drinks, kid’s activities, games of chance, porta-potties if needed, etc.
  • Create your marketing materials
  • Spread the word

  • Email template
  • Digital sign template
  • Word of mouth
