2026 Valley Road Run

Update on September 29, 2026:

NEW RUN DATE – October 18th! We hope everyone can join us for the 2026 Valley Road Run on October 18th. We understand not everyone will be available on the 18th, but we hope to see as many of you as possible so that we can thank you for making the VRR a success for Breathing Room families. This community continues to show that we are stronger together in the fight against cancer!

Update on September 26, 2026:

The 9/27 Valley Road Run is POSTPONED. In consultation with Abington Township and due to the forecasted severe weather, we will not be holding the Valley Road Run tomorrow.

We are actively working on an alternate plan and will communicate it out as soon as possible. This year’s group of runners, walkers, teams, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors has already made the VRR a huge success – and we want to celebrate that success with all of you. We know a different date may not work for everyone, but in the best interest of keeping our participants safe, we don’t want you coming out in a nor’easter.

We’re gearing up for another amazing running of the Valley Road Run! For more than 20 years, BRF supporters have helped celebrate our community and fundraise for our recipients at the Valley Road Run. Last year, we had more than 600 community members show up to support local families fighting cancer. Whether you’re part of a team, remembering a loved one, or simply want to get a great 5k race in, we are so excited to see you on September 27th!
